10.1 We aim to resolve all problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
If you have any concerns, please visit your nearest Telstra Shop or call
us on 125 8880. If we are unable to resolve this matter to your satisfac-
tion you can contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
(“TIO”). The TIO is an offi ce of last resort for complaints about tele-
phone and Internet services.
