AirCard 597E ExpressCard

The following tips may help solve problems encountered while using the AirCard 597E ExpressCard and the

VZAccess Manager software:

• Make sure you are using the appropriate ExpressCard in the correct geographic region: a

BroadbandAccess/NationalAccess ExpressCard in the US.

• Ensure that the wireless network’s coverage extends to your current location.

• Ensure that the

LED is either amber and blinking, or blue.

• Confirm that you have an up-to-date version of VZAccess Manager. To download the latest version of

VZAccess Manager, visit www.vzam.net
