Use Table D-1 to convert the decimal bit value to binary.

Use Table D-2 to perform a logic OR operation with the value to set bit 3 to 1 (binary).
4.
Use Table D-2 to invert the value using a logic NOT operation and then perform a logic
AND operation to set bit 3 to 0 (binary).
5.
Using the resulting decimal value, type the ATS38=n command to set the register.
